Conference Registration Terms and Conditions
Delegate Registration Fee
The participation fee includes access to the relevant conference sessions, presentations, networking opportunities, conference materials, and conference proceedings, where applicable.
Payment Terms
Full payment of the delegate registration fee is due within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice. For registrations made within fourteen (14) days of the event, payment must be made immediately upon registration. DS Technology and Investment CC reserves the right to deny entry to any delegate whose payment has not been received in full prior to the commencement of the event.
Delegate Substitutions
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate from the same organization may attend at no additional cost, provided that written notification is submitted to the Organiser before the event.
Programme Changes
DS Technology and Investment CC reserves the right to amend, modify, substitute, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the conference programme without prior notice, including speakers, topics, schedules, venues, or event dates.
Limitation of Liability
DS Technology and Investment CC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, inconvenience, or consequential loss arising from the substitution, alteration, postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the conference or any part thereof.
Complimentary Registrations
Complimentary tickets or registrations are non-transferable to individuals already registered as paying delegates. No refunds, credits, or cash alternatives shall be provided in respect of complimentary registrations.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be granted where written notice of cancellation is received at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the commencement of the event. A refund of twenty-five percent (25%) will be granted where written notice is received at least fourteen (14) days prior. No refunds shall be granted for cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days before the event.
Non-Attendance
Delegates who fail to attend the conference after the applicable cancellation deadline shall remain liable for one hundred percent (100%) of the invoiced registration fee.
Force Majeure
Any fees paid to DS Technology and Investment CC shall be non-refundable in the event of cancellation, postponement, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or any other force majeure event.
Group and Corporate Registrations
Any withdrawal, cancellation, substitution, or reduction in the number of delegates must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Failure to provide such notice shall result in the registered delegate(s) remaining liable for the full registration fee.
Acceptance of Terms
Submission of a registration form, online registration, purchase order, or payment for attendance constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the delegate and/or the registering organisation.
